Hillary Agra
Bio

In 2007, Hillary was dragged to her very first yoga class, and she practiced only to become more physically fit. Little did she know that her practice would evolve from just a physical practice to a mental, emotional and spiritual one. She enrolled in CorePower's Summer 2015 Teacher Training in Honolulu, HI and hasn’t looked back since! She learned that her mat space is where she can express her truest self and this has helped her find confidence in life. She loves learning, teaching, and practicing the yoga. When Hillary is not in the studio you can find her adventuring around California and beyond. Her favorite pose is Bird of Paradise and her current favorite book is "How Yoga Works" by Michael Roach and Christie McNally.
